Just a quick update on my last shot
The area where I injected 1cc of EQ is a little sore (especially if I stretch the muscle) Noticed it a little last night and it is pretty much the same today (not increase in the pain). I figured the slight discomfort would be gone though by the time I woke up. On a scale of 1-10 the pain is a 1. There is no lump, so swelling, no bruise - no nothing but just a minor ache that really isn't noticable unless I use the muscle. The inject site was on the outer portion of the thigh.
I guess this is normal but I will keep an eye on it.
Recommendations? Massage it? Get a heat pack?
I don't want to come across as being paranoid - (well I am lol) but also I want to make sure I am safe.
