Sore from injection

it feels like someone kicked me in the ass and gave me a charlie horse. i injected Sust 250 1CC didnt even feel it go in but now OUCH!!! is this normall? is mixing with EQ going to help this feeling?

yeah it's normal. it's normally the BA content. eq should help;not all,but some(at least for me)

worming up the oil before shotting is a really bad idea as it leads to internal bruising.

If 250mg of sust hurt, why are you going to do 500mg of sust and 200mg of eq in the same injection? Split up the shots. Do 250mg/sust and 200mg/eq, which equals 2cc. I find that the more ccs you inject at a time, the more painful it is.

run the syringe under hottt tap water and thatt should help some too..also, good idea adding the eq

Sust kills me everytime no matter what so.....I don't use it! I would definatly split that next big dose up. You will be a damn cripple.
