sore back??

Just started doing deads recently, three weeks ago. Never done them at all prior to that. Since I started, my lower back has been constantly sore. Not painful sore really, but stiff.

Is my lower back just getting used to the new lift? Will this go away?
 
ya man it will not be as bad lter on,you will only get that sore feeling you get after working any muscle,but unless you injured yourself it's just cause you started the deads again....you got the same stifnees in you hams????..........:D

Yeah, the difference is that the leg stiffness goes away after a day or so. This has been nonstop for three weeks now.
 
i get the same way bro..my lower back stays sore longer than other bodyparts and also my legs stay sore for awile...unless you feel that you injured yourself i would not worry about it........;)
 
Happens to me too..............but it's a good pain. Feels like I hit my back hard. Make sure you can tell between good pain, and bad pain.
