Yelling as he blows open the door - "Say jello to my little friend!"nimbus said:i heard tony soprano bumps an entire 8-ball, and then storms out of his room to wipe out dozens of hit men with his machine gun. even though he's shot multiple times, he doesnt actually croak until an assassin sneaks up behind him and fires a shotgun into his back.
Rumor is James Gandolphini NEVER wants to play Tony again.yonkers weights said:Not going to happen. Then there is no movie deal on the back end....

oooo - that would be a good one. All this build-up and rumors... It will probably suck.yourmomgoestocollege said:Steve Van Zandt was already quoted as saying there will be no Sopranos movie unless it is a prequel. Obviously that would lend to an ending where key characters are not around for a movie. He may have spilled a little here. This was an interesting one I saw.
Here is how the series will end. The ultimate moral of the story that Chase wants to portray is that crime doesn't pay and organized crime figures should not be idolized. So Tony’s fate will be worse than death — he will lose his family. Carmela will be killed at the beginning of the episode when one the family cars is rigged with a bomb. He will then ensure that Meadow (accompanied by Janice unfortunately) flee to the West Coast. He tries to convince AJ to go with them, but he won’t. Tony reluctantly agrees to include AJ in his final stand. He remaining crew figures out where Phil is hiding and Benny and AJ find him and kill him. AJ is so traumatized by everything that is going on and, understandably, blames his father for his mother’s death. The series ends in the ice-cream shop where AJ is about to kill Tony. Before he can pull the trigger, Agent Harris arrives and shoots AJ. The series ends with AJ dying in Tony’s arms. He has now lost everything.
