Looking to do an Over 50 Masters Comp in June or later depending on a few factors. I work and live overseas so to do the comp I'll be flying to the US on my vacation time and hitting it a few days after I get stateside. Knowing that flying will be an extra challenge in maintaining my condition, my plan is: for the next 2-3 months get LEAN...go with T3 and clen along with a clean diet and maybe cardio unitl the end of the year. Then, a 12 week (again, depending on the exact date of the Over 50 comp) mass cycle of tren, d-bol, deca and sust...normal doses if not a touch more to build up as much of the lean mass as I can reasonably do...probably d/c the T3 and clen at that point too. Then I'll go on the cutting cycle of tren and IM winne, along with the T3 and clen. The pictures on my profile are from the last comp (a small "local level" type) I did here on base in Feb of this year...marked the first one I did after 25 years...hadn't lifted in a year prior to it, was 40lbs overweight and only had 4 months to get ready. The cycle for that comp (Feb 2013) was oral winnie, T3, clen, nolvadex and clomid. I came in at 182lbs at 5'7' and of course, after losing 40lbs of belly I had a bit of loose skin. Ideas for that? You would be correct in assuming that while I feel great about my progress, the results were as you expected...the 3 younger guys in my height class rightfully placed ahead of me and I placed 4th aead of a 62 year old guy. Still, I'd like to see if I could pull off the chops against guys my age. Looking for insight/evaluation of the upcoming cycles.
