Ok guys, I'm cutting. I'm doing 250mg Test Every third day and are soon to step on tren( th dude who ar getting it are not back until 2 weeks or so). I now like to try tese supliements I've heard lot and lots about.
Cardio 1h every morning before breakfast, low intense 6 times per week
Gym 5-6 times per week, 4 on 1 off.
I will lower fat to about 30g per day.
Protein 350g per day and the rest carbs, about 3000ca per day.
weight 210lb, 10%bf.
I have 90 cap of thermorexin and 180 caps of liporexin. Now, anyone that might be able to give some advice on the dose? I thought 3 cap of t-rex per day and 6 caps of L-rex per day for 30 days, then Clen 14days and then EC 14days. I think this might be a good time to try this out before I step on the tren, as I know I will loose fat faster with the tren(always do that). Should I start with T-rex 3 per day and L-rex 6 per da and do thisn for 30days, or start with 2 t-rex and 4 L-rex for 1 weeks then bump??????
