I hate it when people assume that just because you are quite that they can walk all over you. They think that you will simply follow what they say and not express your opinion or complain. Then when you do stand up and say something, they act all surprised.

My work restrictions because of my shoulder injury are very limited. Yet my manager constantly asks me to do work that far exceeds those restrictions. I have to keep explaining to him that the doctor has set these restrictions for a reason, MY DAMN SHOULDER IS INJURED!!!!!! So today he pushed too hard and I lost my temper completely. I went to the personnel office and told them and him that I will gladly come in and do their B.S. work that they find for me, but I am not going to go through this crap of having to keep explaining my limitations to him, every freaking day!!


I just need a new job!!

In not, in Ga, they can force you to take sick leave if normal, pre-injury, tasks cause poor job performance.

Contact the legal dept. of your employer and tell them they are in direct violation of THe WOrkman's Compensation Act and thereby flirting with a huge fine by intimidating you do resume strenuous work too quickly
