its amazing how much info we can learn on the internet.

for us, bb'ing sites have taught us just about everything we need to know.
diet, training, proper form, physiology, steroid use, and alot more.

but one thing you wont learn anywhere on the net and is THE most important ingredient to a succesful bodybuilder:

Intensity - n. pl. exceptionally great concentration, power, or force.

Just a little help for those of you that don't know what it is! ;)

ya i know she's hot.. ive been working on my body in hopes of getting her in my bed some day!!!

Have you seen orgasmo? she reminds me of T-Rexx!

to me that's the hardest part, intensity. I can show up at the gym, eat my food, get my rest, but the intensity takes will and determination, DAY IN AND DAY OUT.

How true! If you don't have the heart for it you will never make it!

Intensity is something that comes from inside. It's something either you are born with, or you gain from good role models. Luckily the guys I cut my teeth training with were hardcore motherfuckers and got me straight from the get go.

Intensity.... I think I went a year working out with out it! It sucked. I am getting back into it now. I think I need to go back to the old days with a headset and some machine head!

steve vai was at my other job last week... but i wasnt workin that night, sick guitarists.... anyways... if i am not feeling intensity, i grab my buddies ipod with killswitch and engage and do a heavy set. then hit up some supersets. I love training super intense. I thought I popped vessles in my eyes the other night , lol

LoL I wish i had a little less intensity, like maybe take some valume before I go in there I always feel like I am rushing through everything,I barely rest in between sets because I feel weird standing around doing nothing and I know absolutely not 1 person in My whole gym except my wife and she works out by herself, notice I have been going to the gym for 3 years and its an LA Fitness center wich is huge and I still know no one.I think I have social disorder or something.I wish I could slow down a bit.

I respectfully disagree. KNOWLEDGE.

Picked up an Apple IPOD Shuffle a few months ago. This helped my intensity. There is only so much muzak a man can stand.

I went through the most challenging period of my entire life; new business, the loss of my older brother and my father and more, but thanks to the strength of my young wife, we managed to get through it unscathed.

Its hard metal? And how do I get it?Is it xm radio or something?CDs are starting to suck ass now over and over gain the same ones.
No it’s on Sirius although I’m sure XM probably has a heavy metal station as well. Best investment I have ever made. I have three of them now; both cars and one at home. I can’t remember the last time I listened to FM radio, as a matter of fact, I removed the antenna off the Cobra because it looks so much better without it. LOL. Get it! You won’t be disappointed.

Since I picked up the iPOD mini my workouts have intensified. Used to work out in a NYC gym where you'd think you were in a flippin' club the music was bangin so loud, but now I live on planet muthafuckah and all they got is slow ass michael bolton shit playin.....

If you like house, get ourself PETE TONG's Closing party at Space in Ibiza, it will keep you nutty for 4 hours straight.

Ever since I stopped working out for anything more than 1 hour, taking little rest between sets, and leaving as soon as I got everything done (eben if I flew around the gym sweating my pants off in 25 minutes flat) - I leave. Thanks to that approach, I have made fantastic natty gains and can't wait to see what will happen when I cycle later this year.
