Something isn't right with my training->

I am cutting now and I am not losing the fat. I am around 12-13%bf(calipers- so not really accurate) at 5'11"- I am around 189 pounds. I have been doing cardio 3 times a week(20-30 minutes a time) and weights 3 times a week. Should I change my intensity of cardio? I have been running around 5.5miles/hour- perhaps I should lower that for a longer duration? My diet is clean and I am eating under my maintenance cals- keeping it around 2000cals/day-perhaps I am undereating. I cant figure it. I lost an inch around my waist and that is where it stopped. I am getting muscle gains- my arms and chest have been growing but no fat loss. Any ideas?

I would add sprints on your leg day, and lower the cals by another 100 or so. I'm guessing your maintenance cals from your previous weight have lowered enough that you are currently taking in too many to lose.

Here is my diet. This is what I had yesterday:
Oh by the way, I use Fitday like allot of you to keep track of my diet. Helps allot.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Muscle Milk w/fat-free milk.
1/2 cup Oatmeal w/ half an equal packet.

1 can tuna w/mustard,little mayo + relish

Whey Protein shake in water

Chicken breast with 1 cup brown rice

Filet Mignon(yum, my favorite!!), baked red potato(small) with NF-chive cottage cheese topping(also yum!)
salad(lettuce,green peppers,tomatoes,onions)-oil+vinegar dressing.

1 beer - Paulaner Hefe-Wiezen. I am a beer snob.

2 diet snapple(o cals-gotta love it!no sugar and only 1 carb)
-----------------------------------------------------------------
This comes out to around 2274 cals/65g fat/152g carbs/234 g PRO

I am thinking I need to drop about 300 cals from that for me to lose fat. I think my body may be used to this diet since I have been eating this way consitently for several months. Also I do my refeeds on the weekend- Sat I eat my normal meals plus some lucky charms and snackwells fat free devils food cakes thrown in. Sunday the same except I have one meal at a restaurant or whatever. Red Lobster,Outback- whatever I am in the mood for. I still make sure to keep my PRO intake up on refeed days. Anyone have any advice?? Corn, where you at??

Of course it does but I only have 1-2 beers a week or maybe a glass or two of wine.

Let me rephrase that. 1-2 beers a week or maybe a glass or two of wine...

...would DEFINITELY be more than enough to blow my abs.

I've been experimenting with ALA and r-ALA. I found that ANY alcohol totally blew the benefits of both.

I dont see why 1-2 beers a week would blow your abs. It is empty calories but not all that much. 1 beer is around 110-130 cals depending what kind it is. If you factor it in to your diet I dont see why it would be all that bad. Plus it reduces heart problems. ;)
