Something I noticed about ion-exchanged whey.

Every Ion exchange whey protien that I have bought has mixed very easily with a spoon. No blender neccessary.

Now whey concentrate on the other hand is near impossible to mix chunk free with a spoon.

Anyone else notice this?

I mix everything with a spoon,Never use a blender. I tend to get the ION exchange whey though. I think I`m having problems with the egg I just got though. egge/ion exwhey/casein.

yeah that's the blend i've been using. it doesn't mix too well with most things, and doesn't taste very good with most things. mine has started to taste pretty strange after 2 months or so. in the future i'm just gonna stick to ion exchange. i eat a high protein meal post workout anyway, so there's no point in having egg in my shake.

I use a ion ex whey for Post WO by itself. The other blend I use for other times of day.
