hey fellas, Over the past few months ive been doing a fair bit of research on insulin and its effects on the body. Thier is a lot of conflicting stuff out thier also not much of it availabe. Could anyone direct me to a good read on insulin ? also i cant seem to find a definetive answer to this . Is insulin effectective as a stand alone or do u need other AAS in ur system ?

insulin isn't really discussed on here, not against the rules but we've lost a lot of guys to it. I would tell you that YOU DO NOT NEED IT to reach your goals. its dangerous and can kill you.

Unless are on the edge to getting a pro card etc high caliber bodybuilder I wouldn't mess with it. Just gotta look around can find some good info and ALWAYS start conservative.

i will give you my personal experience , i have used it on a few cycles and usually to compliment gh use ,peronally the risks outweigh the pros , i have been hypo twice and i did everything perfectly,luckily both times i was prepared .

I did a lot of research on it last year. After everything I found, I realized, its not worth it. There's way to many risk, and the thing your risking is death. I have about 15 years of training and I've leaned the two most important things in looking good and being healthy.

1) Diet plan
2) Training

I have had to put a few good guys to earth due to that shit and vowed I would NEVER use it ... not even in case of $1'000'000 contract ... their families now have to go on without a husband and father ... not nice, Bro, not nice at all.
