When people who are new to working out say they don't want to work out too much because they'll bulk up and end up like Arnold Schwarzenegger. LOL. Thats like saying you don't want to spend too much time studying because you don't want to become brilliant and end up like Einstein. They have no idea how hard it is to reach that level.

In my 33 years, I have come to find out that the majority of people are mentally challenged. Your example here proves this.
