Something I just noticed today about cottage cheese

It's got alot of sodium in it. Yikes. I usually eat a whole 1 lb (16 oz) tub of no-fat cottage cheese a day. Do they make a low sodium cottage cheese. I've never noticed any at the foodstore typically.

Any ideas?

Low-sodium cottage cheese exists. Try calling the grocery stores in your area. If there is a grocery store that seems to cater to elderly people, especially give them a call.

Yes, they make low-sodium cottage cheese...you just have to look for it.
