i feel like i need more stuff for my back/ bi days. i do weighted pullups, and db rows currently. no direct bi work as they are far ahead of my tris. i was thinking of the hang clean, so that it wouldnt effect my squat and deadlift days.

i also want something else for my tris. my pushing days are close grip, pushups, overhead presses, 10% incline db press, dips, and soon to be 45% inclines. i have tried kickbacks and pushdowns and they seem really worthless. all i want is power, size is secondary. what else can i do for my tris? i really need something, and i have heard bad thigs about skull crushers. just keep pressing??

and im on 5x5 for all this stuff right now
 
bro keep training those bi's so what if theyre ahead of your tris..nothing wrong with having a freaky body part!!!

CG benches have been giving me excellent results and have improved my flat bench tremendously too
 
my main staple for tri's:
close grips
pressdowns
skullcrushers

if you really want to get more specific, and have the setup, floor presses would be good. if skulls hurt you bring the bar down to a point higher up on your head. ei: instead of the brow, the crown of the head, it seems to lessen the pain at the elbow.
