Someone please explain this:

First of all, I'm not the biggest dude around. I work out mostly to prevent weight loss. With that said, he's my question.

I'm in the gym today and over hear some dudes talking about steroids and how much one of them gained on his first cycle. Now without looking at the guy I'd have figured he was at least 250, I mean he was talking serious trash about dudes in the gym and how he's the local king of steroids and shit.

So I look over at the guy. 6'4". Great arms, awesome seperation on his arms. Forearms have striation.

No shoulders at all. No chest. And worse, serious stick legs.

So I start talking to the dude and ask him if he going to compete any time soon. And he's all like, "Naw no reason to. I know I'm the biggest guy in the county."

He keeps talking big and I ask him if he's not competing because he needs to work on his symetry. And he's all like, "What the fuck is that supposed to mean?"

Why don't people work legs????
 
You just went to a random guy in the gym and told him his symetry sucked, well, what did you expect he was gonna say?

The dude is a big fish in a small pond, and he thinks he is king $hit, that is all that is too it... Biggest guy in the county my a$$, anyone who would say that is definately NOT..... There is always someone bigger....

Curls are for the girls....

Get to the point where you can bench or squat more than him and then punk his a$$ out again....

I woulda totally left him alone, my symetry sucks eggs. It's more balanced than his. I'd have left the dude alone had he not been talking so much smack about guys I know who do compete.

very good question.....i guess most ppl only care about chest/arms/abs etc.....the average joe doenst care much about his quads and hams........this is very sad thing....i have been a public gym a few times and the sqaut racks are always empty or even wosre some one is doing curls in them:bawling:


the sad thing is ppl dont understand that sqauting can have a positive effect on upper body
