Hi!!

I'm a 22 years old girl, from Norway.
In the last few years, I wish to lose weight.. But i have trouble to go down..

And Now I want to do something about it...
I need some help... someone here who can help me????????!!!
someone here who has advice or tip og a diet i can follow???

I trainer 3-4 days a week, and one day with Aerobic...

You gotta hit the weights hard....and the rest is mainly diet...can you post a sample of what you eat in a day...then we can better help u! I would also bump up your cardio as well..1 day a week to lose weight is not a lot...You should try to do 4 days at least...in the AM on an empty stomach:) oh and welcome to the boards....;)
 
Hi! welcome to the boards:)

30-45 min cardio 4 days a week along with weight training. There are many people on here who could critique your diet if you post it like new@ suggested. They've all certainly been very helpful to me. It really does ultimately come down to what you are eating. The metabolic diet was recommended to me when I first posted. I'm just at the end of 14 days of Atkins and then will switch to metabolic. Here's the link to the diet..

Hi!

One day I can eat;
to breakfast; one or two toast wit cheese boiled ham and two glass of water
To lunch; long roll with chicken or a bowl of paste or a salad bowl (basin).
To dinner; fish, paste, or soup pot (I eat fish one day, and soup another day)
And some day I eat supper, and If I didn’t I eat some fruit or raw.

I have cut out goodies, snacks on weekdays. This is something I had problem wit before.
I’m drinking 2-3litre with water every day, sometimes a glass of juice.

For long long time ago I have trouble with my weight, but now when I’m 22 years old, I would do something with it.
I don’t know anything about diet; I hope someone here can help me.

What can I eat and training to losh weight?
I’m 1,68 high and my weight it’s around 90-95kilo (I’m not happy with my self)

welcome Elisaeth- I'm not one of the diet gurus but I'll give my .02

good job eating fish every day!
you might be a little high on the carbs with the pasta, long roll and toast

do you eat enough? doesn't look like it to me
try to eat more often 5 or 6 times a day (small meals/snacks)

ask MrMuscle to help you too (he seems to know his stuff) :)
 
I would increase your cardio sessions to 5 days per week. Try to do them first thing in the morning before you eat your breakfast as this burns 300% more calories. Aim to have your sessions last 30-45 minutes and try to do it at 80% of your maximum heart rate for optimum results. (heart rate monitors are a great tool).

What i was wondering was:
- What kinda food can i eat?
- How much food should i eat?
- What kinda training program should i do to loose weight, and not build to
much muscle?
- Does it matter what i train on different days? should i follow a special
program?
- I want to use some time in loosing weight..say a period over 2 years, ow
much training is needed every week then?

The training ive been doing lately is as follows:
- 30 min stationary bike/stairmaster
- 3-4 sets 15 reps sit ups
- Some strenght training for tighs and back (depending on how i feel each
day)
- Then finish my workout with 30 minutes on the treadmill

Other days i start the same way, but then i train my arms and upperbody, but
not the same exercises ans the day before, and finish off with the
stairmaster. Im only doing easy exercises, light, before i start increasing
the poundages. to see how much i can do.

I hope you all can help me. ive asked MrMuscle, and he sent me to you guys.
