Friend wants to gain strength and hardness. he is ~6'4 260lbs. ex college football player. he trains hard and he has done a few cycles in the past although not correctly. last cycle over a yr ago. i have some ideas but wanted some of the vets to give some input. he knows about diet and i know about PCT. something to put on some mass, but strength and hardness are the more important goals. i do not know what his current BF is but i would guess ~15%. thanks in advance.
