Some Tuna Ideas

There are a million Tuna Recipies out there and here are some I like and Use.
I can of Tuna...add Yellow Mustard. Its actually delicious.
1 can of Tuna, 12inch Whole wheat tortilla and some salsa...also very good

Tuna Burger...I like this one and it can be substituted with Canned Salmon
1 can Tuna Drained
1/2 Cup Oats
2 Egg Whites

Mix all that shit together in a bowl and form into patties...Place on foreman grill or non stick frying pan and cook until golden brown..Eat...Delicious

You might have to play with the recipie to get your burgers to stay toghether.All in all its pretty good.

Ill tell ya what i did today for the first time was mix tuna with my oats and ill tell ya it wasnt half bad! Kinda like eating a tuna sandwich
