Just a couple things I don't see mentioned a lot on the site but I think are important for injecting:
For oils, I draw with a 23g, and shoot with a 25g. I draw with the 23g because you really want the smallest holes as possible in the top of your vial and you don't want the needle chewing rubber into the vial. I shoot with a 25g because its the smallest that resonably works for oils - less discomfort and scar tissue.
Use a new syringe and 2 new needles every time.
Use a Z-method for injecting so no oil leaks out. Its easy to do - do a search if you don't know how.
Always wash your hands first and use two alcohol prep pads - one for the top of the vial before and after drawing, one to wipe the inject site before and after shooting.
If you are injecting glutes, the best place to shoot is in the glute med., not glute max. Less discomfort and less chance of hitting nerves or arteries.
Hope it helps.
