some questions about winny

going to be starting a winny only cyle of 50ed for 6 weeks. i have a couple questions though. please help me out. here they are:

1. should i take creatine during the cycle
2. how much milk thistle per day should i take
3. does it matter what time of day i take the 2 doses
4. should i take it with food
5. when should i start the clomid.
6. should i get nolvadex, or is gyno not an issue with winny

Here you go..i just started a 6 week winny cycle last week at 50mg/day.

Creatine?...maybe not the greates idea. Winny is known for not retaining water, and creatine retains water, if your looking to get ripped, its best to stay off the creatine. But im not 100% on the creatine part.

Milk thistle, im taking the recommended dosage on the bottle. each capsule is 160 mg, so i take 6 a day. anywhere from 500-900 is what i hear is good. 6 a day is maximum reccommended dossage on the bottle, so i would stick with that.

Take half a cc in morning, then the other half in afternoon.

yes take it with food if possible, it might give you an upset stomach.

here is the clomid pattern that Huck put out for me:
day 1 - 300mgs (2 tabs every 4-5 hours)
day 2-12 100mgs
days 13-21 50mgs
day 22 Done

Gyno is not an issue with winny, it doesn't convert to estrogen. Hope this helps

hey str8, are you seeing any results yet? and how long after the last dose of winny do you start the clomid? thanks bro! you helped alot already

hey bro, to be honest, i was gaiining a little weight, as i was dieting and doing cardio..so i was like wait a minute, thats not right. so after a week, i can say ive put on a couple of lbs of lean body mass plus ive looked at myself in the mirror and i can see a reduction in my stomach, but it doesn't show on the scale.. they tell me i have to wait a few weeks for it to really kick, so i'll keep you posted..results look good so far, but nothing dramitic.

From what i remember, im supposed to take clomid i think either the day after or on the 3rd day, i dont remember....email one of the mods and find out exactly...peace
