some progress pics for ya

Were u just bloated more 12 weeks ago or fatter or just a combination? Defianately made some huge improvements in 9 weeks either way.

I was definately holding more BF, alot more. But I was also holding a good amount of water.
 
I have made some great improvements this year with a few changes that I made after working with Jenetic. Jenetic and I are always bullshitting about diet, and we came up with a few changes to make, and they have made a big difference compared to last years progress.

It wasnt so much bloat rather than fat. I dont have a fast metabolism, so I put on a good amount of BF while bulking, as you can see. Compare the first pic to my avatar taken last year, thats how much fat I can easily put on while bulking. I went from 205 to 235 this year while bulking.

Thanks for the shoutout. You're blessed with excellent genetics and are making fantastic progress. We still have more work ahead, but just stay foccused with the game plan and let me worry about the rest. I promise that your current avatar pic will not even compare to your new conditioning when we are done. Thanks for being a soldier and sticking to the program. I know it gets rough but the end results will speak for themselves.

A very strict diet :D. Egg whites, chicken, and lean beef for protein. Raw oats, veggies, and sweet potatos for carbs. And some flax throughout the day. Once I post the latest pics I will get a little more into details. Its actually not that easy to explain. Me and jenetic are constantly making changes, and they have made a big difference. I am currently studying to become a sports nutritionalist, and jenetic really does know his shit, so the 2 of us have really put together a great program.

Thanks homie, even with a bad shoulder injury that is still keeping me from training chest and not being able to train shoulders 100%, my progress has still been amazing. I cant wait to see how the shoot turns out.

How tall are you? The avatar pic is sick, please dont tell me that you were maintaining at that BF?? was it for a shoot? looks like you are about 4% in your avatar.

If you look at the first pic I posted you can see that I dont maintain that BF. The avatar pic was taken a couple weeks before a shoot that I did, and I am currently at the same BF% or better. I am 5'11, and sitting at 215-218lbs.

No winny, the only fat burners i take are ephedrine HCL and caffeine, along with a list of other things to go along with that. Im not a big fan of clen, so i run the EC stack throughout my diet.

Can I ask how long was your bulking cycle? did you just eat everything in sight, or did you try to be careful about diet then, too (even if less careful than now)? thanks.

I bulked for 4 months, and no I didnt eat everything in sight, even though that first pic I posted doesnt show it, lol. I ate a clean, high cal diet monday through friday and cheated a little on the weekends, which was enough to put some chunk on.

keep with your diet, u could look even look better than the avatar. the secret is disipline. Post a picture on your fridg. this will make u think twice before hitting your weakness food. cutting is natural for me, i wish i could bulk easy (which i can't). i'm trying EQ. w/ test to stimulate hunger. i'm 6' 3" and about 205lb. if i can get to 215, i'd be estactic!! good luck bro!!!

Thanks bro, I will hopefully be around 4-5% within 4 weeks, but its gonna be tough. I have a feeling that Im gonna hit a plateau in a couple weeks at around 6-7%, then im gonna have to really tighten things up and make a couple more changes to get me lower. Good luck with your comp Boogieman, I definately think you have your stuff together this year.

great progress. I knwo what its like to be a fat slob then diet for a whle to get down to low bf... its nice in the end , btu the road is def tough. You look like a tough guy so this should be no problem for u.
I knwo this may be out of your way, but iwould like to see some wheel pics. Im sur those are loookin nice right now as well. Good luck and post up more pics later.. everyoine likes progress pics!

what are your ratios pro-carb-fat --any protein shakes etc?????

how much ECA 2 x's etc---25mg ephedrine/200mg caff or ??????

any cardio if so how much????
 
great progress, your diet sounds very much like my contest diet, I'd love to see the pics when you have your shoot
I start my own diet in 8 weeks, kind of looking forward to it
 
Thanks everyone, it means a lot. I dont have time right now to get into any details about diet and such, but I will once I post some more pics for you guys. To quickly answer a couple questions I seen, the ratios are different everyday, its not set numbers. I have low, medium, and high carb days, with different forms of carbs throughout the week. I try to keep the protein shakes to just 1 a day, PW, thats it, there are too many fillers and your body will actually burn more cals when digesting solid foods rather than a liquid meal. i have been a big fan of ephedrine and caffeine for years now, I use 25mg Ephedrine along with 200mg caffeine 3-4 times per day, mostly 4. Cardio, cardio is a must, this to me is what seperates the truly dedicated to those that are only weekend warriors.

what type of cardio do you like? ...and would things differ with your diet and training if you weren't on?

Yeah man awesome progress. I wish I looked as good as your first pic where you say you looked "fat". lol I hate guys like you! I am built like a lineman so gaining muscle is easy but losing fat is VERY hard. If you and jenetic get the chance, I know I as well as a bunch of others on here would love to learn about your eating regimen and workout schedule. I am 3 weeks into the 5X5 myself and having a hard time figuring in the cardio into it so there isn't much BF being lost. Regardless, you are looking awesome man and the fruits of your labor are showing through. Keep up the good work and the good posts.

I have decent genetics and since I dont compete i dont run that much AAS. But the only difference i think there would be if I wasnt using anything would be a little less cardio. I set the treadmill at an incline of 9 or 10, speed at about 30 and walk for an hour first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I start off at 40 mins for a few weeks, then slowly bump it up to an hour, than when progress slows I throw in a night session for 30 mins 3-4 days per week. I try not to let my body adapt to anything that I do, whether it be cardio or weight training, always have to keep your body guessing by always changing things up.

Thanks a lot bro, I really appreciate it. That first pic, I was the leanest Ive ever been after bulking believe it or not, I know a lot of people dont believe me because they see the pic in my avatar, but I have a slow metabolism and I have to watch what I eat year round.

Yeah I have the metabolism of a rock so I can relate to that. I use to use ephedra and LOVED it but can't get it as easy now and would prefer to get leaner without it. I too watch what I eat, but I just watch it go right in my frigin mouth. lol I am just trying to decide what to run for my first cycle....YEAH YEAH RUN TEST RUN TEST!!! Geesh if I hear that one more time......go ahead...say it. I think I will run test but I want to lose BF not gain it.
 
Looking good bro. Jen knows his shit. Between the two of you, you should be able to end up with some sick results.
 
thats awsome machine. can't wait to see how it ends up for you. You are so right that keeping your body guessing is such a key factor in continuing fat loss. most don't realize how important it is when trying to reach the body fat levels they wan't. Keep us posted

I feel your pain about bulking. I have a relatively fast metabolism, but I also have a huge appetite. I mean I can put it down. When I go on D-Bol...don't stand in front of the fridge! ;) So the result is that I get fat quickly while bulking, but I also get lean relatively quickly while dieting. My BF% never goes above 12% while bulking. I know, I know, for most people that's lean, but not for me... ;)

i'm an ecto myself, i cut just being alive. i am also starting a eq cycle next week, thruout the summer for the same reason : appetite ~~
i want to eat like a mofo , and bulk cleanly w/out all the sides from test or deca.. a slow, steady summer is my goal. about 22lbs to go to my target weight. which should be easy since it's only 10lbs more than i was after last cycle, so just gotta get back there and bust that extra 10 on top.
