Thanks guys,, but i still have some work to do

Diet is basically high protein, tuna, chicken, and a shake after workout
carbs, are rice, and some times ww bread, and I also get carbs from my shakes. I like to do the carb rotation.

Training, i work out heavy with the weights, cut back on my cardio, about 20min 2x's a week. i used to love cardio,,now i haaate it!!
