well guys i'm back to bulking i'm 225lbs. at 5'6, i'm freaking swelling up. Getting back with my ex girlfreind , the one that i posted pics of. i'm going to California here in a week or two, I got hooked up with Ed Connors the vice president of gold's gym's out in Veince. So i'll keep ya posted
