ok well here i am maybe im a lil too cautious and keep wanting to make sure i am doing this ok

now i just read on a threat about hgh gut...that is the only part of my body i want to lose isnt hgh supposed to burn that?
i also been noticing my ankle getting like a snapping/cracking sound sometimes could this be my hgh?
