Some help with after cycle planning.

hey guys, i have got 4 weeks left of prop at 300 mg per week, and 4 weeks left of winstrol at 60mg ed......i have been on for 6 weeks, and have made some pretty decent gains, and am still gaining......i have gotten a considerable amount more of muscle, gained about 12 pounds while doing cardio alot.....but i have also gotten kind of fat....i am planning on doing a natural cutting cycle after this one.....

my question is, after these 4 weeks are up, should i jump right into the cutting phase or give it a couple weeks, slowly weaning down my caloric intake before i cut, on account of my cals being real high while on the prop.....

i want to save as much muscle as possible before i start cutting......and i dont plan on doing another bulking cycle for a while......if i start cutting right after my cycle, will i lose alot of my gains....

my pct consists of a-dex and dermacrine sustain after my last injection....

i plan on doing a fruit diet for my cutting cycle, with lipoflame or maybe clenbuterol....fruit first 4 meals and lean protein/vegetables at night
 
well......for the next month while im 'on'.....i try to eat as much as possible......steaks, chicken, brown rice, whole grains, skim milk, flour tortillas, natty peanut butter, turkey......fruits and veggies is what makes my diet up.....

but i was thinking of doing my cutting phase after im done with this....

meal 1.....apple and a peach/some oatmeal

meal 2.....melon and banana

meal 3....grapes/strawberries/peaches.....

meal 4.....some more melon and another piece of fruit, banana (pre workout)

meal 5...chicken and some oatmeal, broccoli (post workout)

meal 6....some more chicken and veggies, and some casein protein b4 bed
 
a good bro on this forum told me about his great results with a fruit cutting diet.....and i decided to give it a go seeing that i love fruit......and its a diet i could stick to

Alleast keep the protein intake real high so you dont compromise your PCT. (2gm per lb)

Protein synthesis is quite an important part of recovery and hormone production, so eat plenty of protein and get your body back to baseline before cutting calories.

are you trying to cut with this diet???
 
yeah..........i have heard from many sources that because of all the water based, fast digesting fruits im eating, my energy would be wayyyy up and my metabolism even higher
