Some help Brothers

Hi All,

I need some help. I am in no position to start gear anytime soon even though I have read so much about it. I am a lightweight who wants to just look normal. I know it takes a lot of hard work and dicsipline that I know. I want to ask u guys if it is possible and how long do u think it will take me to get to where I wanrt to be naturally. Gear might be an option for me someday but not right now. I weigh in at a measly 125pounds. My problem is that I neva eat. I want to so badly but I just cant. I know I need to. I will do anything . I though gear would be an answer but in life there is no quick . What do u guys suggest, any suggestions will be appreciated as I am willing to try anything. I JUST WANT TO GET BIGGER. I feel like crying right now thats how much it gets to me. Thanks brothers.
 
Well if you can't eat drink lots of meal replacment or weight gainer shakes ed. Just make sure you get 6 meals ed(a shake counts as a meal). Also track your calories and in a week if you haven't gained any weight add 500 more calories and just keep doing that until you see the weight gains. By the way if you want it that bad I'd use some gear but just make sure diet and traning is on point or gear won't do shit. Also how long have you been lifting and how tall are you?
 
Well it sounds like you might have a really fast metabolism. So eat for your goal weight or for an extra 25lbs. or so. I prefer 2gs of protein per lbs. of bodyweight. So eat enough protein for someone that weighs 150lbs. which would be 300gs of protein ed. If your not gaining weigth and your on a bulking phase then your not eating enough.
 
Thanks Bro. Now u said that if I want it that bad I should take gear. Do u really thinks so. Havent i been training to little and if so what and how much ?
 
Well, most won't agree with me on this but I say if you've been traning hard for a yr. and know proper traning and diet go ahead and use gear. Also I'm assuming your not a teenager and at least 20 or so. I think 500mgs of test e/w for 10 weeks and 25mgs of dbol weeks 1-6 would be plenty to stack on the weight. Also some arimidex at .25 mgs ed from week 1-10 and then clomid post therapy. Then again if your not ready for gear don't use it though I was just saying that it is what I would do. I lifted for 5 yrs. before I used any steroids but thats mainly because I didn't know were to get them and also because I belived they were really dangerous until I started reaserching them. 1.5 hrs. is to long to train in a day. Workouts should be between 45minutes to 1hr and any longer than this is to hard on the body and has actually been shown to negativley effect hormone levels. One option would be to split the 1.5 hrs into 2 sessions and do one in the am and one in the pm. Or train more days a weeks. For example my workouts are about 1hr. long and I train six days e/w.
