just finished 20 weeker cycle of 500 mg test e and 500 mg eq a week. I have a 5000 iu vial of hcg how should I go about taking it and for how long?

you should have taken it while running your cycle.
There isn't a specific ratio of cc/ml to IU. It depends on how you mix it. It's quite simple. If you dillute 5,000 IUs HCG with 5ml (cc) solvent, the end result is 1,000 IUs per ml (cc). Divide the same 5,000 IUs with 10 ml (cc) and the end result is 500 IUs per ml (cc). Therefore, a large part depends on the concentration of HCG per ampoule or vial.

Start running 1000ius 3 time a wk for 2 wks then start pct

well you're gonna have to shoot 500 ius the next two wks before PCT
remember hcg is not nessessary it just makes a softer recovery

I just put 1 ml of bac water into my 5000 iu vial swirled it around and injected that 1 ml into my vial of 10 ml bac water now i have 10 ml of hcg at 500 iu per ml so 10 shots of 500 iu, how many times should I take it a week and for how long for best results.. I just came off 20 weeker and started anavar at 40 mg per day gona do it for a month.

Your cycle has been long enough, too long in my opinion. DO NOT take the anavar right now!! It will further suppress your natural testosterone production that you are trying to get going again with the hcg. Save your Anavar unless you want to risk a super long recovery with low testosterone levels where you will loss everything you gained and more!

Once you have made the smart decision to stop taking Anavar you need to take the HCG at 500iu for the next 10 days until you have used all 5000iu. So in your case that's 1mL per day volume-wise.

Have you experienced any testicular shrinkage during your cycle? just curious..

What else do you have planned for PCT?? Nolvadex, Clomid, Unleashed, tribulus????

what were ur gains after 20 weeks ? I had stopped gaining around 8th week..test e and dbol cycle
