Some Financial Advice.

If you had bought $1000.00 worth of Nortel stock one year ago, it would now be worth $49.00. With Enron, you would have $16.50 of the original $1,000.00. With Worldcom, you would have less than $5.00 left.

If you had bought $1,000.00 worth of Budweiser (the beer, not the stock) one year ago, drank all the beer, then turned in the cans for the 10 cent deposit, you would have $214.00.

Based on the above, my current investment advice is to drink heavily and recycle!

swiss marketing index went to a historical 5-years down this morning-in two years i've lost 80% of my investements - should have invested in budweiser-but we don't have deposit for cans
here......

live goes on, let's hope that better times will come for my value
papers. next time i will invest in "schering" or "organon"..

Unfortunatly you have not thouroughly considered the issue on a National basis.
In FL in think we get something like .60 cents a pound for recycled Alum..

I would only make about $2.49

there are still some good ones out there - if you are in for the long haul, then you shouldn't even be looking, and if you are a day trader, then you can know with pretty good certainty when things are going to move.

that said - Bud is actually a pretty decent stock as well as good pissbeer too.
