Some cool ideas for forearms

I have strong forearms from heavy deadlifts, cleans, Barbell curls and other Compound movements; no need for me to use other stuff

It targets the forearms right? so does the excercises that i mentioned above. If you want to isolate them you can do reverse curls
 
this belongs in the training forearm, and that dudes forearms arent that big. he needs to do some barbell rows and deadlifts like stated above. :)
 
The grippers have done more for forearm definition then anything. But mass comes from heavy wrist curls. Just buy a COC or go to heavygrips.com and grab thier package and it will become a smalll hobbie like it has for me. I just grab some grippers I got whiole watchin TV and close em. Kinda addicting. Im big into grip stregnth....kida dorky but oh well after going to the arnold classic its something I wanted to try. www.gripboard.com has tons of crazy grip strength bull shit.
 
Forarms are my one true genetic strength....I have created a routine that has people scratching their heads in the gym.....I isolate every piece of forearm....my forearm workout takes over 1 and 1/2 hours....def my favorite day in the gym each week.

Thats fuckin rediculus. I usally will just finish a good biceip day with about 4 exercises. The pumps are to extream to go any longer then 20 min for me. Get the COC 3......if you can close that I will be impressed.
