Hey bro,
I am weight of 155lbs at 5'11" and I is 17 years old.
My goals which I have writen down are to add at least 50lbs of RAW MUSCLE.
I eat plenty of beef and chicken and I got access to protein shakes. But I can only afford $20 for supplements because I is studying. I currently spend all my bux on Myoplex.
Ok, your going to hate to hear this but - you too young. The potential to screw up your own endocrine system is to great to be playing around with exogenous hormones. Besides, at 17 your basically on steroids naturaly. Take advantage of this time to build a strong foundation and learn the fundamentals of training.
Whats your bodyfat %? You need to figure this out, track it, and learn to calculate your body composition from it. Then you can track the results you are getting from your training and diet.
Your trying to eat lots of protein huh? Good. But do you know how many grams of protein you've eaten so far today? How about yesterday? Last week per day? Last month average? What about carbohydrates and fats? What kind of carbs and fats are you eating? How much? What kind of ratio is you average daily macronutrient intake? Have you tried changing the ratio of you macronutrient intake and observed the effects on physical adaptation?
What kind of training do you do int the gym? What protocol do you follow? Do you change protocols at certain intervals? What protocol seems to work best for you? How much do you squat? Do you squat? After six months of training you cannot give satisfactory answers to all of these questions.
Bro, your not ready. At 17 your in the best position in your life to build a foundation for a body the likes of which you have not yet imagined. Steroids are not the answer nor are the the shortcut. Hell, they are not even necessary. I'll give you the secret here and now. Diet and training, diet and training, diet and training, diet and training, diet and training, diet and training, diet and training, diet and training, diet and training, diet and training, diet and training, diet and training, diet and training, diet and training, diet and training, diet and training, diet and training.
I understand the temptation to use steroids NOW. But trust us. Many of the people on this board KNOW THEIR SHIT! And they know that you are not ready.
