some advice please

hey guys jus thought id run this by u to get some feed back.im 22 years old 5.8 have about 6 months of trainig under my belt(not ideal i know) i currently weigh 130 lbs bf around 10% or less. i started my first course of gear 10 weeks ago so far i have gained 10 lbs and no bf i have been eating as much as i can and training 4-5 times a week.i have been on 125 mgs test cyp 100 mgs of deca eod. only sides so far is mild acne on my back and insomnia i have hcg for my pct im afraid of using clomid because i read about it causing depression etc and ive read that nolvadex is a bad idea when using deca.i am goin to stop the deca 2 weeks before the end of my course and carry on with the test.to be honest im not impressed with the gains and im afraid im goin to lose it all when i stop. i have never really been big built i have always been quite skinny this is why i started using gear. can ayone suggest a good cycle for me? i dont to get massive i just want that ripped look i dont seem to gain any body fat so i shud be able to get the ripped look.dont flame me i didnt post to get flamed i posted for advice. i was thinkin of using eq and test next what do u guys think? i dont want to take any orals either

Okay it's Christmas so everyone, please no flaming on this thread. As for your question, IMO you have no buisness touching AAS. Your 130lbs and 22 years old with only 6 months training under your belt! You should be in the gym busting your balls and when your not there, you should be in line at the nearest buffet haha Seriously though, at your age, your test levels are already very high and with proper training/diet you should be able to pack on some solid lbm naturally. Get at LEAST another couple years in the gym before you decide to do any type of steroid again. The reason your not happy with your gains on cycle is the exact same reason your not happy with your gains naturally, your diet is probly the problem. How many cals do you consume a day ? What does a daily meal plan look like for you ?

honstly i eat like a pig if you saw how much i ate you wud be shocked as to my size at least 3000 cals a day i eat plenty real protein and carbs i have been eating like this for years and never gain anything not even fat my doc says i have very high metabolism and everythin is normal i was a late developer really everyone at school was taller than me and l never looked my age. i no most of u guys think im talkin shit but im not. wat about my pct? plz help me out i thought thats wat this site was here for?

3000 cals is still not enough. We are trying to help so answer my questions! HCG is no good for PCT, Clomid is the best option. Now, what does a typical daily meal plan look like for you ?

Most people think they are eating a lot, but when they post it up, then it really isn't much at all. Like my man Mustang mentioned....food and more training experience will give you the results you are after.

Try posting up what you would "normally" eat everyday.....and we can go from there.

You should have posted up here before starting.

ok guys breakfast=6 egg whites 2 yolks scrambled carb drink cereal with semi skimmed milk
dinner= half a chicken boiled rice maybe more eggs(im getting sick of eggs lol)
tea=depends usually steak with veg or spageti bolognaise protein shake
supper= usually a chinese take away with chicken an boiled rice sometimes eggs again
snacks throught the day protein bars from health shop and tuna sandwhichs and usually anythin i can get my hands on try to avoid fat and too much sugar.
and what bjm said about posting up before starting i did but i jus got ridiculed and flamed so i jus carried on anyway

Sounds like youe eating a decent amount of food but you should be eating quite a bit more then that (although don't know portion size) AS for geting flammed, probly because they think you should have waited and were trying to help out. You need a solid base to build on before touching AAS. You wouldn't build a house on a weak foundation would you ?

yh i guess ur right but i really tried to gain weight for a year and half but to no avail i thought about steroids wen i was about 18 but realised i was still growing so i waited till now. as for my meals i usually eat as much as i can get but are there any foods i shud avoid? and any i shud get as much of as possible? i try to eat as much real protein as possible and i onli have 1 protein shake a day as i cant stand the taste.
so overall opinion is that i sghud stop taking gear after my course is complete?
well i have gained 10 lbs which is more than i have ever gained in the last 2 years and i am alot stronger and i feel better for it. i can bench press 75 kg yh this is a p*ssy weight for most of u guys but i onli weigh around 60 kg myself so im lifting more than my body weight which im quite proud of :)

That seems like the diet an endomorph would be able to grow well but being 130lbs and a clear ecto...you're gonna have to bump your food intake drastically.
 
so u wanna gain weight ok i have a diet plan for ya:

breakfast: go to burgerking and eat like 5 breakfast meals
mid meal: 5 whole cheesecakes
lunch: burgerking or mcdonalds your choice eat anything fried no salads!!!!!!!
mid meal: a couple philly cheesesteak sammiches foot long preferably and have a snickers and a couple of milkshakes to wash it down.
dinner: call dominoes buddy and get like to large pizza meatlovers extra cheese ,breadsticks, buffalo wings, a couple 2 liters of coke and top everything with easy cheese
before bed meal: ok this is critical you have to eat this right before you go to bed.
eat another whole cheesecake and a gallon of ben and jerrys chunky monkey.yeah i know what your thinkin its kind of a light meal but you never wanna take in much more then this.take with plenty of fiber to aid with constipation. i also like to have a couple of fleet enemas on hand just in case,so make this part of your supplement arsenel. and last but not least eat tons of d-bol and Anadrol "you dont want to much" more aas then these two orals.hope this helps.

yh but i would have thought all those foods were quite bad for me and i try to avoid foods like that hmmmmm thanks for the input anyway
