i have a long history of slight gyno,

i hit rock bottom when i got my blood test and my test levels where 103 ,

i was prescribed 200mg aweek of test cyp

i have been on 8 weeks now and i feel great!

now my Q to you is , around the 7 week i started feeling irritation in my nipple area .

i told the doc and he gave me a script for nolvadex 20mg every 12 hrs '

now should i stay on the nolvadex or should i tell him to give me the arimidex?

also will cardio help with my gyno ?

thanks

i doubt your doc will prescribe arimidex. nolva works best in your situation because you're already experimencing the gyno symptom. arimidex only works to prevent conversion to estrogent.
no, cardio won't do a thing bout gyno.

Actually cardio will help indirectly. Your excess fat is a virtual estrogen factory - so less fat = less estrogen.

The average male body produces about 300 mg of test per week. You already produce 100, right? How is raising it to 300 again going to result in significant conversoion to estrogen? It's still in the natural range. I was under the impression that significant estrogen conversion doesn't take place until you exceed your natural testosterone level by a significant degree. Are you sure your test levels are that low?

Well if he's still using the test and it's still converting to estrogen, then Arimidex will do him some good. Only the estrogen that is already in his body will remain, and within a week will be gone, and no more estrogen will be there if he had started the arimidex.
