Hey,
I have been weightlifting/training for about 8 months now. Altho I have to admit I have only been doing it serious for about 4 months. I am thinking of changing my training scheme and I need some advice.
I currently do a full upper body workout 3 times a week. I want to change this to exercising 6 days a week but never train the same muscle group 2 days in a row. My question is now, what muscles should I train on one day and which ones on the next?
I was thinking of pecs + triceps + (abs OR back) on one day and next day biceps + shoulder + (abs OR back) on the other day. but the problem is that the shoulder exercises that I do also require triceps and I'm afraid of overtraining them.
Please advice!
