Just realized that my morning protein pancake I eat (1.5c egg beater, .5c cottage cheese, 1c oatmeal, cinnamon, splenda) has around 1g sodium
. The rest of my meals are basicaly ground top round or chicken breast with Spicy Mustard(along with my flax and fish oils)....so I figure I'm getting probably around 2500mg-3000mg sodium/day.
Is this too much, will this amount bloat me? While cutting, what should I limit my sodium intake too? I'm noticing I have a slight bloat going on in my face, but can't figure out where it's coming from.....I don't know if the sodium is the culprit.
