In watching my sodium levels, I would like to know of a number I can work with. Based on the Nutrition Facts labels on the side of any food product, it looks like the normal daily allowance is around 2200mg for the normal joe blow. However, we are bros on cycle and want to keep ours way down. What is the max amount of sodium I should shoot to stay under to keep bloat and bp down? 500mg? 300mg? What amount do you shoot for?
