sodium, how much do you need?

OK I am getting ready to start to diet for the summer.

I am 5'7" 180 with about 9% bf my abs look really good now, I get a lot of compliments but they arent were I want them basically I am gonna start to strip so I want to be "ripped"

so my question is about my sodium how much should I take or should I try and not take any sodium??

but you should not worry: almost every food contain naturally sodium
