I normally run my A-Game by telling them no one else applying wants that job more than me, then I follow up with why I would be good at the job. If I have no reason to be good at the job, I wouldn't apply to it in the first place.

I think a little nut-slingin' is worthwhile in an interview.

because I understand the concept of employee worth. I don't have the type of personality that is satisfied by work for a paycheck; I have to provide worth and value to the company to truly feel comfortable. I am most happy when my work makes a measurable difference in the efficiency or output of the corporation. You will not likely find this personality trait in your other candidates.
