I guess I'll need a new inspiration after tso's comp. I follow her log day in and day out. My, what a transformation!!! Who am I gonna follow once her reign is over?


I have an idea, TSO...when's your next show? Just continue with your log forever...even if it is cheeseburgers and french fries!!

I already have a loose game plan after this is over. lolol

If I don't do well, I'm going to do another NPC show in November (Tucson).

If I do well and qualify for a bigger show - the Shadow and I will talk about what's next.

I'll probably take a week off from logging, and then start a new one with my new goal in mind. That's the plan, anyway. I don't want to gain any more fat back than I've lost, so am hoping I can keep my BF around 12% and still add some muscle by fall...

oh kewl...I would have to be online 8 hours a day 7 days a week to keep up with all the logs here. I do have to work though so thats not possible. I've been following TSO's log since she started it and have been WOW'd a million times!!
