I know we havent gotten a definitive answer yet.... but what do the majority of the supplement forum users think.......

Which is the best Form of ALA for Cutting? R-ALA or ALA????

Does the timing of when one takes R-ALA/ALA (before/during/after carbs) change whether one is Cutting or Bulking?

Im Cutting and want to make sure I am not making any mistakes here.

well they are basically the same thing...just that R-ALA is sort of the "standardized" version of ALA. you take less since it is supposed to be the actual active ingredient you are taking. and of course with ALA you need to take more. basically whether bulking or cutting, there is no difference. you take it before carbs either way.........and you take the amount according to how many carbs you will be taking in. more ALA for more carbs. very simple. no diff whether cutting/bulking. ALA=take a lot, R-ALA= take less. :)
