Apparently my account, wich has only been here for like 4 years or something, has been to much of a bother to EF, so they decided hey, if you wanna use it, you gotta pay. Hell no, so i got myself a new account. Any of the old gang still around or have you all died on me? I got some new pics if you all still are into bodybuilding. Or maybe you are just to busy stuffing your face.

Anyway, it would be nice to hear from the old crew again. Give me a shout if you're here.

As for my pics, im happy with my shape. I wasnt planning a diet down this year, and it doesnt look like i need one either. Those pics are my regular shape now, around 215, eating 4500 kcal, no cardio. Shit, i think i must be doing something right.

The kids are great and I'm doing fine. Yeah I'm down to around 270 now.... LOL!!!

Yeah i am looking thicker arent i? I managed to bring my chest up a bit, and my back is starting to look solid. And i credit it all to wide grip chins. I can do about 20 of em now, and every other week i do negative chins. That really tears them up. Still have a long way to go on my legs though, but i feel like they are responding well.

Did some Max-Ot to this last half year, and it really helped. ALthough there are some weird things in max-ot. Like dont od fly movments and such. Wich i feel is esentlial for me, since i suck at all pressing movments. My arms and shoulders to do much of the work. But im getting there.
 
My daughter is saying little phrases and what not and our son spits the occasional word here and there so its getting very interesting.

20 rep wide grip chins is some serious shit. I'd be lucky to get 10 when I'm fresh.

Yeah I was @ 317 when I started dieting. *BURP!*
