So what are the parameters for baking cyp?

Hey yall,
well, believe it or not, I'm switching from TT's sust to this steris cyp, atleast for this one shot. Both my glutes are hurting and when I tried to inject into my quad, I hit a damn nerve. So that kinda turned me off from that. Anyway, since there's so much controversy about this steris shit, I want to bake it first, just for good measure. What are the parameters for baking this shit?

say like 200-250? like 10 mins?
leave the bottle closed no?

anything else you can tell me would be appreciated.
