I am so fucking jaded on planning meals out. I just eat now, can't do the macro/micro #'s anymore. Still, I think it's ayight:
Banana
Oatmeal with raisins, cinammon, sugar free sizzurp
Apple
Turkey on a whole wheat wrap w/ lettuce and organic mustard
Banana (I poop a lot)
Tuna with lettuce and flax oil and walnuts & organic salad dressing or tuna w/ mustard abd flax oil and lettuce in a whole wheat wrap (21g of fucking fiber in that fucker! pooping is good)
Fish oil pills
Chicken with brown rice and mixed veggies and some organic shiitake sauce
Protein shake PWO (2 scoops VP2 and dextrose)
2 scoops of ANPB before bed
Calf / ear injections of var
Not bad, right? For not thinking much?
