I only eat fruit on my gluten free, sugar free home made cheese cakes. And even then I'm not a huge fan of fruit.

Sugar is not only toxic, within 5 mins of eating a tablespoon of sugar, the immune system is repressed by 70% for hours. Sugar alters the phagocytes. Chris knows this. It's simple biology.
