just two thoughts...

i spent all day monday (thanks columbus) reading old posts and getting a feel for the site. I got sooo pumped reading about everybody else's shit that i got a GREAT pump at the gym (and it's been over 2 months since AS) high on adrenaline i guess.

and

i just got done reading a thread about citruside and his girl (some shit) and it's really cool to see that you guys are so close and personal and good friends..i hope i can become a part of that. looking forward to more
