I'll tell ya

Well, I havn't been afforded the chance to be as active as I was in the past, but since that time I recently received my certification as CSCS with the NSCA. That has helped me greatly as far as expanding my resume. I am still working as a special populations trainer, but my arse is on the way to PT school. Im around now however, and look to contribute alot more here and at my primary sight, Anabolic Fitness.

Yeah - havent seen Ranger in awhile - he drops in on AR now and again (which is good since he is a Smod there) - keep waiting for the next poetic installment
