So I opened up a can of tuna for the first time...

I got a better idea. I hate the smell of tuna as well, go to costco and they sell kirkland chunk chicken 6 cans for $10. But each can is a good size and contains 65 grams of protein.

Hope that helps,

Motar

Tuna has no smell to me but it tastes like lead or metal or something if plain. Definitely spice it up with something.

Hehe, I don't think it's actually metal, but that's the way tuna tastes to me. So tasteless it takes on the flavor of metal. Hard to describe it. Just bad.

make sure your tuna is SOLID WHITE ALBACORE... not of that light chunk cat food shit!!

Actually, I believe the solid white albacore canned tuna is the one with the highest mercury content. Regular chunk light tunna in water is supposed to be much better as far as mercury content is concerned.

I trying to condition myself not to worry about taste, and smell of food.

The only taste I want to distinguish is whether or not the food is spoiled taste :D
