As some may know we have been looking at various adoption places for a few weeks...
Last night I had to go get my dog from the groomer... (my ex dropped him off earlier in the day to pass custody, and get him a haircut).... so my g/f and I are up there and there is a little setup with some animals that are up for adoption...
She falls in love with kitten...
And even though it seems like alot at the same time - dog, new cat, etc. I adopt the guy and buy all the gear necessary for a cat.
We go home, and it comes time she needs to leave (she is going to stay at her moms cause her step dad is out of town, and mom doesn't want to be alone)... so I tell her to make sure that cat stays in it's carrier for the ride....
She says no I want to hold him (in her cute voice) and I tell her I understand but that the cat has to go in there... 1. Cat has unknown behavior to us. 2. Cat can get caught under brake peddle. 3. If you don't know where it is at you may hesitate to use the brakes even if it isn't there. 4. Like I really need to explain this, etc.
She ends up turning it into the worlds biggest pissing match and in the end throws the cat carrier at me and leaves. Comes back 1/2 hour later and is pleading with me - to which I am now playing indifferent. In the end she leaves really really really mad with the cat and not the carrier...
Squeals tires, promises to come back to get her shit while I am gone at work today, etc.
Haven't heard from her.... what a bitch.
I still have my dog... Ohwell...
