Yeah I know first I was gonna bulk some more and now I've decided to lean out again. Well I have been seriously thinking about alot lately in terms of what I want to get out of my physique for now and to be honest, I definately want to look lean even just for myself. This time around though won't be as extreme though as when I first dieted prior to summer. Im going to eat better but still in bulking mode but just clean foods except for cheating meals here and there. That plus the combination of fat burners(2 dymetadrine xtreme and 2 md-6) 2 times a day should do the trick. I should definately get leaner and gain some good muscle at the same time.
750mg sus a week along with 2mg liquidex eod will be used. I think im going to add some fina to the mix at 75mg ed but not 100% sure at the moment. I wanted to wait til next year but now that im leaning out again I might want to see how it helps me in terms of building lean tissue while cutting as well.
Exercise routine will remain the same except for adding hams and calves to Quad day and also lower back on Upper mid-back day. In addition to this I will be doing non-impact cardio 2-3 times per week at a good pace to get my cardiovascular conditioning up and to help burn some extra calories as well. I hate cardio with a passion and don't do it. Not good though I know it's essential for good health. Then again I have sex with my girlfriend enough and since im NOT a "2 minute man" that adds to it. hehehe
im 230 pounds now. By the time this is done I should be a good 220 or so but real hard and lean. Hmmmmmm that fina would really help but sometimes I think it's a bit much to add to this long cycle. I always believe in moderation but at that dose it shouldn't be a problem. We'll see time to get fuckin jacked!!!
