So Heres My First Day On Ckd

OK I CHANGED SOME THINGS AROUND ON THE CKD. I DO NOT PLAN ON GOING PAST 25% ON THE PROTEIN. AND ALSO NOT DROPPING BELOW 70% ON THE FAT. HERES MY FIRST DAY... 85% FAT 15% PROTEIN
MEAL 1-3 EGGS ONE YOLK
2 TBS OF OLIVE OIL
MEAL 2- 2 TBS OF NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER
MEAL 3 - ONE CAN TUNA W/ 2 TBS OF MAYO
MEAL 4- SMALL SALAD WITH 3 TBS OF OLIVE OIL
MEAL 5- ONE CAN TUNA WITH 3 TBS OLIVE OIL GRAND TOTALS FOR THE DAY AROUND 2000 CALS 174 GRMS FAT 87 GRMS OFPROTEIN
 
The only things i have to say is make sure you're careful not to get burned out eating the samething every day, I'm having trouble sticking to the diet cuz i absolutely hate everything i've eaten for the past 2 weeks. and also, i like my salad with dressing which is convenient because 18g fat/1g carb/1g protein
 
yeh this diet kind of sucks, but it works. im looking for some recipes for tuna fish, because there are only so many times you can eat it with olive oil and lemon juice. i like eating whole eggs, so i probably start eating more of them.

Looks good, seems to me that you're around 20g carbs for the day, that's adequate. Make sure you watch the hidden carbs in PB/salad/mayo; for now, you're fine.

take a look at his diet and let me know if that would be sufficient for me...im not sure of his stats or if the amts need to be adjusted for me..... im 6'3"/265 27% bf .....

NOT NEARLY ENOUGH CALORIES....

You need to have an intake of AT LEAST 2700-2800cal daily not to hit starvation.
