well right now i'm eating at least 2 chicken breast per day, 1 can of sardines for my omega 3 fatty acid needs plus one flax seed oil capsule. And started drinking v8 for my veggies.

Besides ease of use, Why V8?? I would think real veggies would be better for you for weight loss - lower sodium, more fiber, not processed, etc. Just wondering
Do you like shelled raw almonds?? Lots of good fats in them and they're good for a snack in between.
